B.Tech metallurgical and material engineering is one of the most important engineering in high technology research in the field of space, nuclear, aviation, etc. It has maximum research opportunities and job opportunities in developed countries. I personally recommend it over B.Sc chemistry.

Hi Vineeth, thank you for the query. There are courses in Metallurgical Engineering. However firstly, you must know that studying a Bachelors degree abroad is quite expensive. Secondly, as you (would) have completed a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, you are eligible for credit exemptions. Thirdly, although you're eligible for the credit exemption(s) it is not always guaranteed that you may receive the credits. Fourthly, you still may have to study three years of your Bachelors degree similar to India, after the credit exemption.
