Yes, they refund the fee after deduction. As far as I know, if you request for refund before starting the session, you will get 80% of your fee amount. But, if you request for refund after starting the session, the seat can still be filled. A 50% amount refund may be available.

Mewar Institute of Management has never claimed about the refund policies anywhere on their official website. So no, they don't actually refund the fees. Usually, a student who withdraws before the beginning of the session could have his or her fees reduced by a large margin, subject to a deduction for the administrative fee.
