Dear Srustee, To apply for a Masters programme in Fine Arts, most universities require candidates to have completed their Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a certain minimum percentage in graduation (that might vary across institutes). This might then be followed by an aptitude test and/or an interview round, basis which the students are selected for the course.
