Selection process of NIFT's MFM programme comprises of Written test comprising of a General Ability Test (GAT) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) for shortlisted candidates of the written examination. The GAT components are given below.
1. Quantitative Ability : 10 Questions
2. Communication Ability and English Comprehension : 50 Questions
3. Analytical and logical Ability : 25 Questions
4. General Knowledge and Current Affairs : 25 Questions
5. Case study : 40 Questions

The eligibility criteria for MFM is an Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognized by law in India. Or, undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID. The selection process of MFM programme comprises of written test comprising of a General Ability Test (GAT) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) for shortlisted candidates of the written examination. Hi,
MFM is better. Yes, MBA is also good, but with MBA you cannot study fashion. Whereas, in MFM Masters in fashion management, you will learn a lot about fashion. And, as per knowledge aspect MFM would be best. But, salary wise MBA is good. Choice is yours, but I would suggest MFM, as when you finish the course you have chance of becoming an entrepreneur.
