MG University admissions to all the courses are conducted through a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). Candidates have to register online to apply for any of the programmes. The application form for MG University PG course admission was released on Jun 1. The last date for application submission was Jun 20, 11 pm. In addition, candidates must pay the application by Jun 20, 5 pm. Currently, the admission process is ongoing for the MBA course. Application window for the same was closed on May 1. The group discussion and interview in the School of Management and Business Studies was conducted on Jun 12 and Jun 13.

MG University placement report 2023 is not released. However, according to MGU Kerala NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during MG University UG 5-year and PG 2-year placements 2022 stood at INR 1.8 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. Apart from this, 14 students out of 18 students were placed during MG University UG 5-year placements 2022. Further, a total of 87 students were placed out of 440 students during MG University PG 2-year placements 2022.
