It depends on which college you are applying to. MHCET will give you admissions only in state of Maharashtra, whereas JEE Mains and JEE Advanced will help you get admissions in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTs i.e. Government Funded Institutes

Basically, the cut off changes every year, and it depends on the highest marks. But, considering past records and my experience, I can say that if you score 180+, you will get into VJTI, though computer Science is a bit tough, if you score exact 180, whereas all other streams would be available.

Hi Harshit;
Chances in cap round are blick. But you can try for ILS seats in Chetana's/SIES. You can also try for PGDM in Chetana 's / SIES; You will get through if you perform well in GDPI.

Hi there,
The GK portion in the MHCET consists of 30 questions and thus has a weightage of 30 marks. The paper comprises of 150 questions and 30 questions are from general awareness.

78 percentile is quite low for getting through MMS programme in any of the mentioned colleges. You can try for PGDM course in Indira. Chetna, MET, IES close on higher scores even for PGDM.
