Yes, you can still prepare for law entrances and get a good law college. Basically, all the law entrance examinations take place in the month of May and June, so you should not waste any time further, and start preparing for the exams. You can give more entrances like CLAT, AILET, LSAT, ULSAT.

A correspondence course does not have all the benefits of a regular course, for instance, one cannot practice law as an Advocate, since Bar Council of India stipulates minimum attendance for sitting for All India Bar Exam. I am not sure, if institutes under MHTCET have this facility, but if you are clear about correspondence and its worth, law can be done through Open Universities.

Criteria is 50 percent in graduation for general category and 45 percent in case of SC/ST.

MHCET Law application form is available online on the official website of Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra. The application form for MHCET Law is released in the month of March each year.
