There are a few budget-friendly colleges in Mumbai that offer B.Tech in Cyber Security/Forensics, but your 90.86 percentile may not be sufficient for admission. Here are some options to consider:Shivaji University, Kolhapur - This university is known for being one of the cheapest options with decent infrastructure.Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune - Another affordable college with good facilities. However, with your percentile, you may have a better chance at getting into colleges in other parts of Maharashtra. Some top options are:D.Y. Patil International University, Pune - Total fees around INR 5,40,000Symbiosis University, Pu

It's quite difficult for you to join in this marks. But it good for private colleges. With 34 percentile in MHT CET, it is highly unlikely that you will secure admission to a government agriculture college in Maharashtra. Admission typically requires a significantly higher percentile, and most government colleges have cutoffs well above this score. Your 84% in Class 12th is commendable, but it may not compensate for the low CET percentile. It will be easier and good if you look for private colleges and in some cases you may get admission by management quota.

Yes, if your state of domicile is Maharashtra, then you are eligible for MHCET. As per my knowledge you are eligible for the state quota seat only for the state of which you have the domicile that is the state from where you have completed your 10 and 12 exam, not the domicile you hold by Birth. Below are the eligibility criteria:The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from the state of Maharashtra. The candidate should have a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra (should have lived there for a period of 10 years), or a birth certificate mentioning the place of birth in Maharashtra.
