The requirements of domicile in Maharashtra are quite complex. Of course with 10th & 12th both being from Maharashtra I feel your son qualifies for Maharashtra quota. But I suggest you download PDF file website of www.dte and study it thoroughly.

So, you can definitely take admission in BVP, but you will have to give the entrance exam.

Your query is a little confusing. GDPI is given by certain institutions and marks are awarded by certain Institutions. One can not demand either, its a fait accompli once you join an institution.
