No, cutoff for Thadomal Sahani is higher than your score. You may get any branch with lower cutoffs. But getting admission with this score is too hard for you.

Please check the college details by your rank, category and branch specified. On the top you can see the filter option here you put the place Nagpur and Pune then you get college only of Nagpur and Pune:

Go for Sinhgad Institutes, Sandip Foundation, AISSMS in Pune and Vidyalankar as well as Thadomal Sahani in Mumbai from Maharashtra. These colleges are best for you.

With the details that you have shared, the general eligibility for admission in the BE course in YCCE is as stated below:
*Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority.
