With a percentile of 39.80 in the MHT-CET, you can get admission to some of the private engineering colleges in Maharashtra. However, you may have to compromise with your branch preferences in some of the colleges. Yes, the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) accepts the scorecard of JEE-Main. But the majority of seats are sanctioned for Maharashtra domicile students and are filled through MHT-CET. An additional 25% seats are provided for All India Candidates who are admitted through the JEE-Main score. Apart from UG courses like BTech the College of Engineering Pune also provides a wide range of PG and doctoral courses which have their own specified entrance exams through which students can enroll in the desired course.

Admission to the ITC Chemical branch (or any other branch) depends on various factors, including your exam scores, the cutoff marks set by the college, the number of available seats, and the competition among applicants. Percentile scores can give you an idea of how you performed relative to other test-takers.To determine your chances of admission, it's important to research the specific admission requirements and cutoff scores of the college or university you are interested in. They often publish this information on their official websites or admission brochures.

With 20% in JEE Mains and 56% in MHCET, it is difficult to get admission into a good engineering college. However, you can use the JEE Main College Predictor and MHT-CET College Predictor to predict the colleges that you can get admission into based on your rank/percentile 12. You can also check the cutoffs for previous years to get an idea of which colleges you can get into. I hope this helps!
