Last year i.e in 2021 cutoff for CS in Coep was 186 (open. 1st round) whereas for VJTI it was 189(open 1st round).but I think this year paper 2 was bit hard than last year's so, cutoff may go 5 to 10 marks down. Hope this will help you

Yes, colleges under the MH-CET accept direct entry in the second year of engineering. I assume you are referring to lateral entry to engineering colleges in Maharashtra. For instance, the College of Engineering in Pune This college provides admission to the first year on the basis of MHT CET and JEE scores. It also offers lateral entry in B.Tech. , and to be eligible for it:
1. Your Diploma should be recognised by MSBTE.
2. You should have completed your Diploma course with a minimum of 45% overall.

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am assuming that you are from the open category of Maharashtra. You may get admission to the following engineering colleges based on your MHT CET score:

According to me obviously yes because degree is a degree, may it be a correspondence or a regular. It depends on the schools what percentage or grade is required for the exams and for sure it is all upto to you how much you score in your entrance exams. So I think yes you should go for your target and best of luck for your future.
