It is very hard to get admission in Chetana even having reserve category. You can get Bharati Vidyapeeth College, Mumbai which very decent college. Here Home University and Other than home University thing will play important role. If you're from Mumbai University then you will get better college.

For applying through MHT CET, you need to apply through DTE (Directorate of Technical Education) and follow CAP (common admission process) which will start in May.

At that CET score, you can apply to the PGDM programs of several colleges like IES Chetana, MET Balaji, etc. Prepare really well for the interviews.
