You are not eligible to apply for JEE 2023 because your last chance for appearing JEE is in 2020 since you have completed your 12th in 2018.
It doesn't matter whether you have written JEE in 2018,2019,2020 , you are not allowed to write your JEE in 2023. An individual can appear for JEE for three consecutive years after completion of 12th beginning from the year of 12th completion.
For detailed information go through the JEE eligible criteria data in its website.
There is no age limit for appearing the JEE exam, but you cannot write it after the three years of completion of your 12th board.

The basic eligibility criteria for Mechanical Engineering admissions is 10+2th qualification with minimum 60% marks having Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects. Q. I want to study B.Tech Mechanical Engineering in NITs. Thank You!

As you have got 86 in board , 45 percentile in JEE mains and 59 percentile in MHTCET then you can check your eligiblity for B.tech in it using this Shiksha MHT CET College Predictor 2021.

Hello Mohit Shirsath, do not get depressed. You have obtained very good percentile in MHT CET at almost 83. What it means is that you are in top 15% of all the students who appeared for this exam. Surely being in top 15% should not be acayse of depression. Believe you me, you have great chances of getting admission in best engineering colleges in Maharashtra. Best wishes to you.

Please write about the category name for better response. However the last year MHT CET closing rank for State level GOPENS was 1033 for the asked course. So you have to score above 95 percentile in MHT CET for getting admission in asked course.
