It will not be based on percentile. The seat will be allotted based on rank so, please go through the counseling process and cut off marks.

After each round of MHT CET Counseling, the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra publishes the MHT CET 2022 Cut Off. Candidates should expect to be ranked between 1 and 55 if they receive between 190 and 200 points. Students will be contacted for the MHT CET seat allocation based on their achieved ranks. According to your 90 percentile in the MHT CET you may get admission to the Government College of Engineering & Research in Pune:
You can get admission to the following branches in the open category quota:
1. B.E. In Mechanical Engineering
2. B.E. In Civil Engineering
You may also get admission to the following branches if you have Maharashtra home state quotas:
3. B.E. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
4. B.E. In Automobile Engineering
5. B.E. In Instrumentation and Control Engineering. This estimate is based on the previous year's cut-off for this Engineering College.

Yes, you can get admission to Modern Education Society's College of Engineering for a B.E. in Computer Engineering with a 75.64 percentile in MHT CET.
However, you will need to be a Maharashtra state candidate to avail of the state quota seat. as you have a better chance to get a seat under the state quota.
In 2021, the cutoff for the Computer Engineering branch for GSCH was 75.1 percentile, and for GSCO it was 83.5 percentile. Hence, according to previous year's trends, you can get admission if you have a home state quota.

You may not get admission with an 88.78 percentile MHT CET in the DY Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, unless you have some category-based exemption. Because the college's Computer Engineering branch is one of the most in-demand, the cutoff for most of the category is usually above the 90 percentile. In 2021 round two, the GOPEN cut-off was 95.29 percentile, and for other categories like LOPENO, EWS, and OBCH, etc. , the cut-off was higher than 92 percentile. Only GSCH has cut off at 86.71, and LSCH has cut off around 84.68. Therefore, if you have some quota-based exemption, you can get admission. However, this is just an estimate
