You can get admission in an average colleges if you are from general category and can get good college if from Reserved. Dy patil college of engineering Akurdi. Dy patil institute of technology Pimpri. JSMP wagholi
Sinhgad Institute of technology Lonavla

Every year, authorities conduct three rounds of Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for B.Tech admission. So, there is nothing about ACAP because there is no additional CAP rounds of counselling.

Physics and Mathematics at 10+2/HSC level are compulsory subjects for getting admission in Engineering/ Technology B.E. /B tech undergraduate courses. So PCB group students are not eligible for getting admission in B.Tech CSE/IT/ECE etc.

60 marks percentile goes to an average of 47,001-53,000. I'm assuming pcm is the stream you have chosen (PHY CHEM MATH). The stream doesn't matter.
