Each branch of SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology has its separate cutoff list for MHT CET. Imminent branches including Computer Science and Electronics the minimum percentile is usually between 70 and 80. However, Mechanical and Civil Engineering cutoffs are slightly lower, mostly falling around 60-70 percentile. Cutoffs in reserved category are lower generally by about 40-50 percentile. These cutoffs may be determined based on the number of students who apply or maybe different in a given year.

Yes, you are eligible for MHT CET. Since you have cleared your KT (backlogs) in Maths and Physics by February 2024, you meet the specified qualification criteria. MHT CET allows college students who've completed their 12th popular checks and handed all subjects to apply. Ensure you meet other criteria like age and homestead necessities.

Yes. Admission to P.E.S. College of Engineering in B.E./B.Tech can be done without appearing for MHT CET. The major share of the student intake happens due to merit in national-level entrance tests like JEE Main or PESSAT - PES Scholastic Aptitude Test. Then comes the eligibility criteria, comprising completion of Class 12 with minimum aggregate percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. So if one has a valid score in JEE Main or PESSAT then, he/ she could definitely get into the college without taking MHT CET.
