The qualifying marks for MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) vary each year and are determined by the exam conducting authority. The qualifying marks are the minimum marks required for a candidate to be eligible for admission to various undergraduate courses in colleges and universities in Maharashtra.As per the MHT CET eligibility criteria, candidates must be Indian citizens and passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology subjects. They must also score at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in their boards.

In the MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test), calculators are not permitted. It is completely forbidden to use calculators or any other electronic devices during the exam, including cell phones, smartwatches, and other gadgets.On the other hand, a virtual calculator is given to candidates throughout the exam, which they can use to complete complicated calculations. During the exam, candidates can access the virtual calculator by clicking on the calculator link, which appears on the computer screen.

The MHT-CET has no maximum age requirement. Candidates must have passed the 12th grade or an equivalent test from a recognised board or university with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their required courses. The minimum aggregate score for general category applicants in the 12th-grade test was 50%; the minimal score for those in the SC, ST, and OBC categories was 45%.

The MHT CET 2024 exam pattern includes multiple-choice questions in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, and the English Language. It is an online exam with a total of 150 questions and a duration of 180 minutes. Each correct answer in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Papers is awarded one mark, while in Mathematics Paper, it is awarded two marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers in the MHT CET 2024 exam.
