Question papers during the exam will be visible in English, Urdu and Marathi. Candidates can switch the language of the question paper between the default languages which is English, Urdu and Marathi. In total, MHT CET is conducted in 3 languages and candidates have the option to select any language out of the available options. Candidates cannot switch the language of question paper between all 3 languages during the exam.

The PDF of MHT CET mock tests can be downloaded from Shiksha page. Maharashtra CET Cell releases MHT CET mock tests every year before the start if exams. Students can download the official mock tests by Maharashtra CET Cell or practice it online. Solving mock test before the exam is very beneficial in scoring good marks in the exam.

During the preparation period of MHT CET sectional mock tests are useful. The sectional mock tests have to be taken after completing the chapter of any subject. This would help you to gauge your preparation level and also help in understanding the areas of improvement. Once the entire MHT CET syllabus is completed, you should take full-length mock tests to assess the entire preparation. The frequency of taking MHT CET mock test would vary based on the number of days left for the test. When there are three to four months left for the exam, students should take mock tests twice a week and dedicate the rest of the days for analysis and preparation. In the last month before MHT CET, the frequency of taking mock tests would increase. They are expected to take a full-length mock test every alternate day. After taking mock tests students should get it analyzed by their mentors to improve their performance and to create the exam-taking strategy.

MHT CET mock test should be taken after the basic preparation is over and the entire syllabus has been covered. Taking mock tests after MHT CET preparation will help students gauge their preparation level and also guide them on which sections or topics need extra emphasis. There is another pattern of taking mock tests, after completing each subject or chapter. This would help students understand their hold on each subject or section. Generally, students start taking full-fledged MHT CET mock tests or MHT CET prep questions around three to four months before the exam, once the complete preparation is over.

The syllabus of MHT CET is similar to class 11 and 12 however not all the topics of class 11 are covered in MHT CET. As per the official syllabus released by the Maharashtra CET Cell, only some topics of class 11 are covered in MHT CET and all the topics of class 12 are covered. Students can download the official MHT CET syllabus from Shiksha page or from the CET website.

Many students who secured top ranks in previous years in MHT CETs as well as other exams like JEE had pointed that they studied through NCERT books.
