MICA has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityCertificateMinimum 1 year of work experience is mandatoryFPMCandidate must have complete post-graduation / equivalent in any discipline of the Humanities /Social Sciences / Business Management, having Communication/Journalism/Advertising/Public Relations/Media/Marketing as a subject from a recognised university, Must have completed a three-year bachelor's degree/an equivalent qualification, after completing higher secondary (10+2) or an equivalent, OR
Must have completed five-year integrated master's degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in any discipline of the Humanities /Social Sciences / Business Management, having Communication/Journalism/Advertising/Public, Relations/Media/Marketing as a subject from a recognised university, Final year students appearing for their master's degree or an equivalent examination can also apply, Must have appeared in FPM admission testMBA/PGDMCandidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree (10 + 2 + 3 system) or equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.

Candidates from the Commerce stream can apply for the courses at MICA Ahmedabad. However, there is no stream restriction applicable for the aspirants. Candidates from all stream can get admission to MICA by qualifying the selection process.
