Yes, you can apply for JBIMS through ATMA scores if the admission process is conducted by DTE. The cut-off for the same is usually around 99.99 %ile.

MIC is a reputed college and courses like BM or market analytics are not limited to any particular industry. Gujarat being an industrial state, it is very likely that you can bag a job in a Gujarat based company.

If you meet eligibility criteria and perform well in admission process then the delay may not impact your selection. But you must have credible reasons to justify your delay in completion of graduation degree.

Hi Ruchi,
No, there are no management seats. Also, your CAT/XAT score has only 2% weightage in the admission process. You need to take one of these exams to be eligible to apply for MICAT and clear MICAT to get into the GE/PI process. Hope this helps.
