The number of answer options in the objective type questions of MICAT is not static. Each year, the number of answer options may change as per the exam structure. However, candidates can expect a range of answer options between two to eight. Candidates will have to choose one right option, or candidates may have to match the correct options. Before attempting the MICAT question paper, candidates must refer to the MICAT sample papers released by MICA with the exam details.

Candidates taking the MICAT exam will not get the facility to navigate across sections. Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, has three sections as mentioned below:A: Psychometric TestB: Descriptive TestC: Aptitude Test (with four sub-sections)Candidates answering questions in MICAT's section C get an option to navigate across its sub-sections. Canddidates are allowed to answer questions from any of the four sub-sections in the Aptitude Test. However, once the candidate has submitted responses of Psychometric Test and Descriptive Test, he/she is not allowed to move back to edit the responses of tyhe submitted section.

Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, does not release MICAT question papers. Therefore, candidates may not find the MICAT previous year's question papers online. However, candidates can find the sample questions for the MICAT exam. MICA releases three MICAT sample papers every year along with the exam details. These sample papers host the questions from Descriptive Test and the Aptitude Test. MICA does not share the questions that are or can be asked in the Psychometric Test. The questions in the MICAT sample papers are to provide an idea to the applicants on what to expect from the MICAT examination.

Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, conducts MICAT exam in two phases every year. Candidates can appear for either of the exam phase or both the exam phases. The syllabus for MICAT I and II is same. Therefore, candidates can follow a similar strategy to prepare for both phases of the exam. However, candidates who are preparing for MICAT II must have a structured approach designed based on their analysis from first phase of the exam. Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, releases MICAT admit card online. Candidates can download the MICAT admit card by visiting the official website. No other mode is available for the release of MICAT hall ticket. Candidates need to provide their application number and password to download the hall ticket of the MICAT exam. MICA, Ahmedabad will not entertain requests for issuance of hall ticket via email or post. Candidates failing to download the MICAT admit card before the last datw will not get entry inside the MICAT exam hall.

There is no provision to change the test centre after the MICAT hall ticket has been issued. Candidates can choose the preferred city to appear for MICAT exam at the time of filling the MICAT application form. MICAT application form is not editable once it is submitted. Candidates will not be able to change the preferred exam city after the submit the application form. Candidates must appear for the MICAT exam at the allotted exam centre in the city mentioned in the admit card.MICA, Ahmedabad, will not entertain ant requests for change in the MICAT exam centre.

MICAT admit card acts as the entry ticket on the exam day. Candidatres without a hard copy of MICAT hall ticket are not allowed inside the exam centre. Additionally, candidates need to carry a valid photo ID proof on the exam date. Officials at the exam centre verifies the details on the MICAT admit card and photo ID proof to be sure of the candidate's identity. However, in case the details on the admit card and hall ticket does not match, officials at the exam centre do not allow the entry.Candidates must cross check all the details from the photo ID proof and admit card and before they carry the same to the exam centre.

MICAT hall ticket hosts several details that are crucial for the candidate to reach the exam centre and get an entry inside the exam hall. In case of any error in the personal details or exam details, candidates must report the same for prompt resolution of the same. In case these errors in the MICAT admit card are not rectified, candidates may face hassled in entry to the exam hall. Candidates must call MICA, Ahmedabad, to explain the issue in the MICAT admit card. Candidates may have to provide their registration number and filled-in copy of the MICAT application form to get the discrepancies in the admit card resolved.
