The university offers small class sizes, hands-on learning experiences, and solid faculty support. It also has good internship and job placement opportunities. Life on campus at ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine, is vibrant and totally immersive. Students experience practical learning in the best-equipped facilities with master chefs at every turn. The campus inspires community support and collaboration to spark creativity in one another. Externally, other fun activities such as cooking competitions and wine tastings add depth to the education process.
