You can apply into path labs, Monsanto, sun pharma and other pharmaceutical companies, the government. Also conducts its exams for employment into forensic, research departments. P. S. you can apply for Ph.D in India or foreign where you would be first be earning as a student then you can be employed by same university conducting research and development in their labs. For BSc Hons microbiology, I think the aggregate of best four subjects considered most probably it is the PCB that is given the preference. You need to write about your PCB score. Also, the subjects of Honors courses are the best of four subjects which are counted but I think in your course, PCB score is considered. All the best!
