Dear Yash,
B.Sc. Microbiology degree candidates needs to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
Completion of Higher Secondary (10+2) level of education.
Physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects at HSC level.
Minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level.
Instead of biology, one may even have had zoology or botany as one of the main subjects of study.

If you have completed B.Sc. in any stream of science such as Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physiology, Microbiology or an equivalent degree in a science stream from a recognised board are eligible for Master of Science [M.Sc. ] (Medical Microbiology) course then you are eligible to pursue. Most of the institutions have entrance exams for admission. Hence, the students who have appeared in final year examination of under-graduation and awaiting the results are allowed to apply for the course by such institutions. As you completed your graduation in Agriculture, you are not eligible to apply for M.Sc in Applied Microbiology because as per the eligibility criteria for M.Sc in Microbiology, candidate have to qualify B.Sc in Microbiology.
