After your B.Sc Microbiology, you can go for M.Sc. (Microbiology). You'll be acquiring knowledge at a higher level than what you studied during your Bachelor's degree, and the course should help you develop the necessary skills for your field of work. With a postgraduate qualification on your CV, securing a good graduate job is more likely, and the possibility of attracting a higher salary is increased. Hi Abhishek,
These subjects have scope as these are the subjects which have many practical applications and also wide jobs opportunities in India and abroad. Apart from it, if you are pursuing research then it becomes easy as many of the techniques if these subjects apply in that. Apart from this, Biotechnology has greater scope.
Good luck.

Do you mean, you want to drop-out from your present course and want to switch to CS! Since you want to do Masters in CS, you need to complete your graduation first, as a must.
