Hey Soumya,
You don't need to clear any entrance exam for taking admission for M.Sc Microbiology. Your B.Sc marks will be counted at the time of admission in M.Sc.

Yes, you can apply for the college if you fulfill the eligibility requirements.
Eligibility:
For pursuing a nutrition course, you must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Home Science or Nutrition or Dietetics or Food Science or Biology or Microbiology or Clinical Biochemistry or Life Sciences or BNYS (Naturopathy) or BAMS (Ayurveda) or PG Diploma in Dietetics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

For B.Sc, very few universities have their own entrance exam. Instead, they have an entrance exam for integrated BS MS course. So, if you are only looking for B.Sc, surely you can try any universities except the central ones.
