A score of 105 in general microbiology may not be sufficient for admission into central universities for a general-category student. The expected cutoff for the general category is typically between 225-240. However, these are only expected cutoffs and the actual cutoffs can vary each year based on various factors such as the number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, and availability of seats. Therefore, it's recommended to check the official websites of the universities you're interested in for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Good luck with your future endeavors.
