M.Sc. Clinical microbiology is better than post graduation Diploma in medical laboratory technology but in first one, you may get job sooner or later but with more scope for good package and promotion but in the 2nd one, you will get job quickly but with small package and less promotion aspects. First one will land you really in different cosmos as compared with 2nd one, 1st one is worth to try. Finally, you have to decide and choose.

Yes, Ram Lal Anand College does provide B.sc hons in microbiology. The admission process is just as same as any other DU college i.e through cutoffs. The placements are not good enough though, but the staff and faculty is very talented and will make you capable enough to stand on your own feet.
