Of course, you can get good job after completing M.Sc in Microbiology.
You can apply for Research Assistant, Microbiologist, Pharmacologist, Medical Technologist, Food Technologist or Research Scientist (life sciences).
Also you can work in Research and Development.

M.Sc. (Chemistry): Eligibility
As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed:
Higher and Senior Secondary levels of education (classes X and XII) with a minimum aggregate score of 60%.
Graduation (B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the main subjects), with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Often, candidates are required to qualify an institute, State or national-level entrance test for admission to the course.
