You can opt for many courses, but best would be PhD, as you have already completed your M.Sc and PhD is easy to get as compared to the other degree. Plus you'll get enough stipends to live and pay your fees and you can save up to 20-30% of money. PhD is really worth to pursue from foreign countries.

Without doubt, post-graduation and Microbiology would be better as you will have lesser competition in this filed. Besides, the scope of Mircrobiolgists is increasing fast in India after the implementation of FSSAI clause on all food products. Even the large hotels now employ microbiologists.

Yes, scope is available, however, to get a job, you must be qualified and use the right network, securing a job immediately after your Master's degree may not be easy abroad, additional qualifications and/or work experience is recommended. With a microbiology degree, you can venture out into a wide variety of fields such as food technology, pharmacy, biotechnology, nanotechnology, clinical research etc. Research more by checking job portals abroad and look for related jobs, check university websites for research work, publications, etc., and you will have an idea about the scenario.
