Scope wise , in my opinion Biotechnology is a flourishing subject but I cannot guarantee how much popularity it will find for itself in India. But surely all the subjects you have mentioned do have scope somewhere or the other. Choose something you'd love to study, and then find for jobs you'll enjoy.

both are valuable . now its depends on your interest. I suggest B.Sc Genetics or Bpharm. both are demandable. if you want go for research then you can go with genetics. otherwise Bpharm has good career opportunity.

Candidates who have passed 12th or equivalent with Biology or Mathematics as one of their subjects can opt for undergraduate courses. For post-graduate courses the students who have passed B.Sc with Life Science/Microbiology are eligible.

Your query is little confusing. Is your wife currently studying in UK? If yes, then she can consult the university guidance cell for all information about work and settling down there. If not then you should consult some reliable UK consultancy to know all the details about migration as UK currently is not very welcoming in terms of jobs.
