Both the fields are equally good. Think which interests you the most and then take admission.

M.sc Microbiology is better.

You will have to check the cut off list for the same.

Just after graduation, you may get jobs which are not that well paid but you can try some pharma companies as they have good growth plan later.

Sonali, I would suggest for Microbiology. It is a growing field and already opening for it are on the increase. Research based industry which is into developing products / processes through Biotechnology would be the ideal for you to make a career.
