No. Microbiology isn't available. Instead, you can go for B.Sc. Biotechnology Honours or Dual Degree in Biotechnology - which has a better scope than Microbiology.

Well yes, you can apply for an M.Sc. in microbiology after your B.Sc. But for better scope choose M.Sc. Biotechnology since it covers more areas of Biology. So, it will be nice in terms of job perspective.
