After Diploma in mining engineering, it will be very difficult to say that what type of jobs you will get. But after B.Tech or M.Tech you can get a wonderful job.
After pursuing Masters courses related to mining engineering (ME, M.Tech or M.Sc.), one may take up teaching job (lecturer or instructor) at relevant technical education or engineering institutes. After completing advanced courses like Ph.D, one may even build a career in the R&D sector associated with the field of mining engineering.

Hi Anil,
Mining Engineering is a specialized branch on offer in our country at some IITs and Indian School of Mines. One cannot find tons of colleges that offer mining engineering courses in India. It is also obvious that the number of students graduating with this course will also be less.
