Hi Vishal,
There is no such information available for lateral entry for B.Tech in Mining Engineering in Malla Reddy Engineering College.
Admission for B.Tech in Mining Engineering is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Telangana State Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET).

Hi,
NIT-Rourkela is one of the best institute all over India and abroad. The NIRF ranking states, NIT-Rourkela to be in class 12th rank. Itis one of the best choice you have. Because, the placement scenario in Mining engineering, it is very good compared to other branches. Lots of companies come for placement, and now even some companies are offering Pre placement Offers. These are list of companies come to NITR. CIL
TATA (Pre Placement Offer)
VEDANTA
HINDALCO
LAFARGE
L & T GROUP
ADANI
And, lot more. I think there is not a Mining company in the Country which don't come to NITR. So, you got a lots of choices. And training in Mining fields will

Things might be complicated at this time, the major concern will go in the favour your interest. I compared those data's I think BITs production is much more better. Few reason to support my answer:-
Good infrastructure
Experienced faculty members
And the most important reason is Placement. (88%). .

Your mode of application will be online but you will have to come to India for writing the entrance exam as there are no exam centres for COMEDK outside India. Since you're Indian by birth, all your processes will be conducted as an Indian student. For example, your fees will be the same as Indian students and will be calculated in INR. The most important thing which will treat you as normal Indian student is if you have an Indian Birth Certificate. Also, follow the link below for further details:

For mining branch, the on-campus placements are very low, it's less than 30% and even low for the batches I saw. None of my friends from Mining department got placed in the campus and many of them have pointer 8.5+. Later, they got jobs through off-campus placements, that's a different story.
