Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/ or Technical Vocational Subjects and English with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) can apply for integrated M.Tech course. Admission to M.Tech course is based on PERA or GATE score. The school releases a merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted aspirants will recieve a mail for admission confirmation. Selected candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the school.
