If you ask me, PGDM is much better than MBA because it gives institute liberty to choose their own course and subjects. Institutes like IIM also provide PGDM degree.
Study at MIT is very good as MITSOB has a case based pedagogy which has been adopted from Harvard Business School and teachers believe in class participation. So you will have a great leaning experience and atmosphere. Placements have been considerably good and are growing every year. Currently average package sums close to 4.5 l.p.a. and placements process is still under progress.

Cut off as such cannot be predicted because it entirely lies on the students taking admission for a particular year. But let me tell you, entrance exam result is only one criteria for admission process. Entire evaluation of admission process comprises of : - Score obtained by candidate at CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/CET exams, - Performance at Extempore Talk (Including written essay), - Performance at Personal Interview, - Past Academic Record (10th & 12th level), - Work Experience (if any) after graduation of at least 1 year or more. Hope that answers your question. Wish you good luck.

Sorry for the delay in reply. Difference between PGDM and MBA is that MBA is only offered to colleges which is affiliated with an university such as Pune University, Symbiosis University, etc. Where as PGDM is offered to autonomous colleges like all the IIMs, FMS, etc. And few colleges are directly affiliated to AICTE.
PGDM has an advantage that the college can have their own course content. Like at MITSOB students are provided with subject basket from which they can choose their own subjects.

Sorry for the delay in reply. Placement track record for every specialisation including HR is really good.
Almost 80% of the batch gets placed and MITSOB is pushing the percentage to 90%
