This is an average score. Hence, it is difficult to get admission among the top colleges of your state. You can apply in some private college. Their criteria and eligibility is generally a bit lenient.
Also, if you apply in sort some of a quota that might help you. For example, you can apply for sports quota, if you are a national or state level athlete.

N.L.Dalmia is better than MITSOB. Mainly, Dalmia is well known for Finance and the exposure you'll get in Mumbai is invaluable. Dalmia is in top 5 elite business school in Mumbai.

You should opt for MBA HR. It will provide a good platform for you. Even though MBA in marketing will shape your communication skills, HR will help you understand people around.

Both colleges follow pool campus placement system. Intake in both the college is same I.e. HR-60, General-60, Marketing- 120, Finance - 120. faculty of both the college is very good.
But, I will suggest you MITSOB because this college follow case base pedagogy which help you understand corporate world in little more better way. Fee of MITSOB is more than MITSOM but MITSOB is worth investing. That's my opinion.

It's not fixed but atleast 60 percentile is required. If you get less than that, then you have to wait for the second list.

Both the colleges are very good in their own way, but I will suggest you MITSOB because it follows case based study which helps students in understanding the actual corporate world. Faculty members of MITSOB are also highly qualified and have practical approach in their teachings.
