Yes, candidates do not require an entrance exam to get admission in MIT School of Vedic Sciences BA (Hons) course. The selection for BA (Hons) is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The school also evaluates the Statement of Purpose (SOP) submitted by the candidates for selection. Once shortlisted, candidates will be either interviewed over phone, or get an admission offer via email.

MIT School of Vedic Sciences offer four-year full-time BA (Hons) in Psychology and Philosophy & Yoga at the UG level. The programme comprises core courses, elective courses and skill-based courses. Students going for BA (Hons) Psychology - BA (Hons) with Research Psychology are eligible for five years MA/ MSc Integrated programme based on NEP 2020

Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to get admission in UG courses of MIT School of Vedic Sciences. The minimum aggregate for UG courses is 50%. Hence, candidates with 60% aggregate in Class 12 can get admission in UG programmes.

MIT-ADT University usually releases the application form in December. The university has released the admission dates and candidates can apply till Jul 31, 2024 for their preferred course. Candidates applying for MIT School of Vedic Sciences courses can fill out the application form online on the official website of the university.

The total fee of MSc Clinical Psychology is INR 1.66 Lacs and Vedic Sciences is INR 1.50 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. Candidates can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes.

Bachelors’ degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian or foreign board or an equivalent degree is required to apply for MIT School of Vedic Sciences MA Sanskrit programme. For MA Psychology, aspirants need to complete a UG degree with Psychology subjects as major or an equivalent degree from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate. Aspirants must hold the proof of eligibility to avoid rejection in the later stages of admission. Apart from the qualification, aspirants wishing to pursue MA Sanskrit need to qualify MIT SVS’ Sanskrit Language Proficiency (SLP) test with at least 70% aggregate.
