Yes, BA course curriculum at Mithibai College does follows the semester system. The semester is usually divided into six semesters and divides the year into two parts or terms. There will be an examination held at the end of every semester in the sixth month. For example: the exam will conducted in November/December for semesters I, III & V and in May/June for semesters II, IV & VI. However, there may be slight changes in the dates of the exam. Every semester of the BA course will cover half portion of the whole syllabus of the course discipline.

As of now, the college has disclosed the salary details for the 2023 drive. The highest package for the 2023 placements was above INR 10 LPA and was grabbed by BCom (Hons) and BFM students. Earlier, the highest package offered to the 2022 batch was INR 21 LPA. To get admission to the BA course at Mithibai College must qualify the eligibility criteria first, i.e., Class 12 examination conducted by the Maharashtra/ other Indian State Boards or equivalent examination. In order to secure a BCom seat at Mithibai College, applicants must meet the eligibility requirements and adhere to the college's admissions procedure. Applicants with twelve years of schooling and a 60% cumulative GPA who have taken a course in statistics and mathematics or an equivalent program. Candidates must also pass the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) in order to be considered for Mithibai College's BCom program. Mithibai College has removed the entrance exam requirement for admission to UG courses starting in the 2024-25 academic year. Admission will now be based solely on the marks secured in the Class 12 examination. Previously, Mithibai College used to offer admission to UG courses through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
