Yes, Jamia is really good. But as per my opinion both IIMC and Jamia are almost at same level. So you can go for anyone. It's totally depend on the admission selection procedure and the admission process of both campus. Otherwise you can opt any college of GGSIP university. Those offer journalism and Mass Communication. So if you are interested then, in GGSIPU you can opt JIMS, Vasant Kunj or VIPS, Pitampura.

Yes, it will be very useful for you. Media companies and organisations always need a legal adviser or a person who can deal with reporting and writing over legal matters.
