Of course, it is applicable. D. El. Ed certificate from DIET centers from any part of India is acceptable. The certificate that values not from which state. You can apply anywhere in India.

Sure NIT will be heck of an experience for you if you join. So if you are getting Sure, NIT will be heck of an experience for you if you join. So, if you are getting a seat plus you are getting the branch you want then you should definitely go for it. I would advise you to think a lot before selecting a branch since many students take decision hastily and end up doing something they don't want to. If you are sure for engineering and your branch then go for it. Almost every state has entrance exam for engineering and restrictions of domicile. But many private colleges conduct their own entrance exam. JEE Mains is also there. Your nephew has to appear in one of these it all of these exams for admission.
