Placements: The placement of the recently passed out batch was pretty good. Approximately 73% students were placed in the various organizations of mass media this year. The average package for this year was 16.5k. This year, NIMC has provided the placement in various news organizations like ZEE News, India News, News Nation, etc.
Infrastructure: Though NIMC hasn't got a big campus, it covers all the required space for the students. It has its own studio, production lab, computer lab, and think tank with Wi-Fi facility. The classrooms are fully AC and furnished. The college has not their own hostel but they provide separate PG for boys

Both the colleges are good in their own specialisation -
IIMC:
The course consists of the core curriculum (compulsory credit courses and compulsory non-credit courses), a summer internship (compulsory industry training between first and second year) and elective courses
Electives offered are Behavioural Sciences, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Management Centre for Human Values
In addition to the above-mentioned electives student also have an option to select from Operations, Public Policy and Management and Strategic Management
