You don't really need to take coaching for M.J. M. C. preparation. Just refer to these books and you will be ready to crack the exam:
1. Keval J Kumar's Mass Communication in India
2. Arihant's Guide to Mass Communication Entrance Exam
3. Manorama Yearbook.

Hi Rahul,
You can certainly pursue MJMC after completing your graduation in BA. Alternatively, you can pursue Bachelors in Journalism from a government university like Delhi University, Mumbai University and alike, which will not burn a hole in your pocket and will give you a quality education.
