Biyani Group of Colleges offer placements through their dedicated placement cell. The Link http://www.placementsbiyani.com/ shares details of their efforts as well as a List of Employers visiting them. This list does not have Media Houses and That is why I shall not able to pronounce upon a judgement on the status of real placements. The observation from the filed and media houses is that the placements need improvements. Being a regional group of institutions, there are certain limitations, BUT for a good student there is no limitation and jobs shall come their way as college shall certainly approach the employers for media profiles.

If you are pursuing MJMC course Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, then I would like to mention certain points. I don't recommend you to do this type of course from Open University. Because, while doing MJMC course from distance learning, you will lack in some core technical skills that you need to have. You will lack in experiences of real time projects that students of regular students gets. Since, you are wishing to do master course from an Open University, I want to suggest you to go for some reputed University i.e., IGNOU. The demand and reputation of IGNOU is much higher than this Tandon Open University. I hope that y

In these fields, there is a very good career and the plus point is Master's in these fields. As journalism and mass communication are very active nowadays, so students can apply in any journalist firm or can apply in any media works. As it also provides a good paid job in big cities like Mumbai and Delhi. And a student can also become a journalist by working in a good journalist firm. As per my preference, for a better career, a student have to apply in any of the journalistic firm or any media company.

MJMC in distance will only be helpful if you are a working professional in any media firm. IGNOU is the best option for distance education. There are many other institutions offering distance education for MJMC. But most of them require experience in some media firm. So after completing your graduation (in any stream) you need to join a media firm, be it a newspaper, radio or television.
