Hello Arote Trupti Chandrakant,
In which college you can want to take admission? I would suggest NIMCJ for PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism because I completed my PG from NIMCJ college and trust me the teaching pattern is way too much good and recruitment companies are also good.

MA in communication and Journalism is available at University of Mumbai under Department of Communication and Journalism. The fee structure available at University website is very old (Year-2017). As per the old fee structure of University per semester fee is about Rs 23825/.
