St. Xavier's-Mumbai is the best one for mass communication in Mumbai. It offers BM (Media Studies). I am not sure about PG though.
Thanks.

The entrance exam for MAMC has already taken place and I am afraid, you've missed it. There is no scope of admission now.

Yes, the admission process has started for all the colleges. The process will include filling of the registration form, appearing for the common entrance test and then going through the counselling process. The main element is the entrance test, which is basically an aptitude test. This test includes 4 sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning ability, English language comprehension and General awareness.

If you're interested in doing it from a private university like ILead or Amity, you can simply apply and go for the written and interview and then your admission will be on the basis of your marks on the entrance test as well as your average marks from the university.

To be eligible to apply for ISOMES for Master in Mass Communication, you must clear your graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in any stream. You will have to appear for a written exam, followed by an interview, after which your admission will be determined. The application forms are available right now on the institute's website and admissions will close in the month of July.
