You need to give MHT CET exam to get admission in MS. I don't think that they give much importance to the MAT score.

You can definitely try for the admission for MMS in LLIM. But as you had already got admission for PGDM and I guess that the lectures have already been started. So, my suggestion is to don't waste your time and continue with your PGDM course.
