I am not sure about that but you can surely try at some other institutions, govt as well as private institutes. Your score seems good. The MBA course at LM Thapar School of Management is also good, I have heard. They have well laid course curriculum, good placement records and a beautiful spacious campus for you to enjoy your MBA life. It is important to choose the right school/college/institution for doing MBA, as it is one of the very important factors in contributing to your personality for the very competitive and dynamic corporate world ahead.

Yes, you have chances for admission in BVIMSR, Navi Mumbai in MMS programs. The last year's cutoff percentile in OBC category were 79.83 (HU) and 91.8 (OHU).
